Job Description

To work closely with Nivriti clients to understand the testing needs Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any engagement/release.

Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.

Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate.
-
Identifying and Implementing appropriate test metrics for effective test management.
-
To work with various Nivriti teams to handle the test activities, participate in presales, report on the work progress
-
Escalate any project & testing related risks at appropriate stages.

To stay abreast of new developments and technologies in the area of functional and non-functional testing.
-
To collaborate with and mentor team members.
Skills (Mandatory):
-
Strong knowledge of testing web based applications
-
Selenium Webdriver using C# or Java
-
Excellent programming skills on C#
-
Experience in designing and developing testing frameworks
-
Experience of working on JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, MS Test
-
Advanced knowledge of Manual & Automation Testing best practices
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills (Desired):
-
Experience of using Selenium Grid with Selenium WebDriver/RC
-
Experience of integrating tests with Test Management Tool
-
Knowledge and hands on experience with SQL
Qualification
-
4 – 5 years of minimum experience in Java
-
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
-
PG : Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
